Our 5-step process

Step One: Property Inspection

Step Two: Property Action Report

Following the property inspection, we provide a clear and structured report outlining our recommended works. The report will detail the work in priority order and will present our recommendations using a traffic light system: red (high priority), amber (non-urgent) and green (enhancement works). The report also includes an estimate of the impact the work will have on sale price.

Step Three: Scheduling the Works

Once you have decided on the tasks you want to carry out, we will arrange with you a convenient time to undertake the work. We will also explain to you the expected duration to complete the works.

Step Four: Completion of Works

Our experienced team will carry out the agreed improvements ensuring the highest standards of care and attention for your property. We will also look to minimise the disruption caused during this period.

Step Five: Market-Ready or Tenant-Ready

With the work complete, your property is prepared for sale, re-letting or new occupants - clean, refreshed and ready for its next stage.
