We understand that not every job fits neatly within a fixed-price list. For more complex work, or where the scope is difficult to define in advance, we may recommend pricing the job on an hourly or day-rate basis. In these cases, the final cost is based on the time taken to complete the work. This will always be discussed and agreed with you before any work begins.
