We offer clear, honest guide prices for many of the most common handyman jobs around the home and garden.
Where possible, work is priced at a fixed rate, so you know what to expect before we start. However, we know that not all jobs fit neatly into a fixed-price list.
For more complex or open-ended work, or where the scope is difficult to define in advance, we may recommend pricing the job on an hourly or day-rate basis. In these cases, the final cost is based on the time taken to complete the work. This will always be discussed and agreed with you before any work begins.
Ideal for landlords, sellers and pre-tenancy works. These packages typically include a combination of minor repairs, resealing, decorating and general improvements to get a property ready efficiently.

Any materials required for the job will be discussed with you beforehand and charged at retail price
In some instances, a 15% surcharge will be added to the cost of materials to cover sourcing, booking and travel time.
